Grade II C16th Manor House

Grade II C16th Manor House

Located in Cheshire, this wonderful early C16th property once used as a court of justice. Originally this was all timber frame construction, over the years some of this has been replaced and a number of extensions added. Internally the building retains linen fold panelling, C16th panelled oak doors and a wig room dating to the time when the building was used as a court house. Like many similar properties, the house is now separated from much of the land and the former agricultural buildings converted for residential use.

Listed Building Survey undertaken in July 2019 for a private client.
